AgentCore Runtime Instances Are Now Generally Available

Amazon Bedrock AgentCore runtime instances reach general availability for running agents on customer EC2.
AWS has announced general availability of runtime instances in Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, a feature that lets customers run agents on their own Amazon EC2 instances without managing the underlying infrastructure.
AgentCore runtime provides purpose-built infrastructure to deploy and operate AI agents securely at scale.
Runtime instances give customers control over the compute their agents execute on while keeping the managed operational model. The option suits organizations with instance-level compliance, licensing, or cost commitments.
