The shift reflects how AI platforms increasingly handle task decomposition and supply better context to agents. End user satisfaction rose from 60% to 79% as expertise requirements dropped, letting knowledge workers focus on stating intent rather than crafting detailed prompts.
Users must still frame requests carefully to avoid excessive token consumption and unintended consequences.
