StarTree: Getting Started with the Pizza Shop Demo (Dec. 7th)

In this session, we will take a look at the Pizza Shop Demo to deploy and run Apache Pinot in Docker, which emulated a Pizza Shop, taking around 1000 orders per second, and use a Streamlit Dashboard to view the orders as they come and the real-time statistics related to it.

We will explore Apache Pinot, Kafka Stream Ingestion, and how Streamlit can be used to create dashboards. We will look at individual parts of Pinot and discuss how it all fits together.
