ServiceNow launches Context Engine, Autonomous Data Analytics, and Workflow Data Fabric to provide governed real-time data for enterprise autonomous AI.
ServiceNow announced new data capabilities at Knowledge 2026 designed to enable autonomous AI with live, governed enterprise intelligence.
The company launched Context Engine and Autonomous Data Analytics (powered by acquired Pyramid Analytics) to address data fragmentation across enterprise systems and provide AI agents with the real-time operational context needed for autonomous action.
Additional offerings include Autonomous Data Governance, RaptorDB Pro enhancements with Live Perform and Live Connect, and a ServiceNow MCP Registry for controlling AI agent access to external services.
These interconnected capabilities aim to solve the problem where enterprise AI fails not due to flawed models, but because data remains fragmented and ungoverned at the exact points where AI agents need to act.
