ServiceNow and NVIDIA expand AI governance partnership with Project Arc desktop agent and AI Control Tower integration.
ServiceNow announced a significant expansion of its partnership with NVIDIA to extend agentic AI governance across desktops and data centers.
The announcement includes Project Arc, a new enterprise autonomous desktop agent secured by NVIDIA OpenShell and governed by ServiceNow AI Control Tower, enabling employees to autonomously complete complex work on their desktops.
ServiceNow AI Control Tower is now integrated into the NVIDIA Enterprise AI Factory validated design, extending governance to large-scale model workloads in data centers.
Additionally, the companies are advancing the NOWAI-Bench open benchmarking standard with two frameworks: EnterpriseOps-Gym for multi-step agentic evaluation and EVA-Bench for voice agent evaluation - to measure and improve enterprise AI capabilities across the industry.
