NVIDIA announced an expansion of the NVIDIA Agent Toolkit for engineering, adding PhysicsNeMo and CUDA-X libraries as agent-ready tools and skills.
Making simulation and accelerated computing libraries directly callable by agents lets AI systems run physical analyses rather than only reasoning about them textually.
The expansion targets product design and engineering workflows where the bottleneck is setting up and iterating simulations. NVIDIA covers which libraries are included and how agents invoke them. It extends the Agent Toolkit beyond general software tasks into technical computing.
