Cloudflare outlines an open agentic Internet where sites are readable, discoverable, callable, and payable by agents.
Cloudflare argues that agents are a new category of web visitor: they do not render CSS or click ads, but they act on behalf of a paying human.
Blocking them therefore risks blocking a customer rather than stopping abuse. Cloudflare is building open tools and protocols so publishers and agents can cooperate instead of colliding.
The framework rests on making sites readable, discoverable, callable, and payable by machine clients.
