The technically notable addition is long-horizon runtime, letting agents pursue goals over extended periods rather than within a single session, which is the capability gap that has limited agents to short transactional tasks.
Salesforce cites early customer results showing 50 to 90 percent task resolution rates across implementations. Buyers should establish how those resolution rates are measured and what happens to the unresolved remainder.
