Oracle Patches 800+ Vulnerabilities in September 2026 Security Update

SecurityWeek reports Oracle shipped 673 patches fixing over 800 vulnerabilities, more than 100 of them critical.
SecurityWeek covers Oracle's September 2026 Critical Patch Update, which delivered 673 new security patches resolving more than 800 vulnerabilities across 17 risk matrices.
Over 100 of the addressed defects are critical severity and more than 240 are remotely exploitable without authentication.
The largest batches went to E-Business Suite (159 patches), Fusion Middleware (153) and Hyperion (102), with further fixes for Siebel CRM, Analytics and Communications.
Oracle again warned that attackers succeed mainly because customers fail to apply available patches, and urged immediate deployment even though it reported no active exploitation of the newly disclosed flaws.
