IT workers are saving hours each week with AI tools, but most say training for safe and effective use is lagging, according to TrustedTech. Senior director Heath Madison argues the prerequisite step is platform alignment, and many organizations are still stuck on it: if they have not picked what basket they are putting their eggs in, they cannot train the team on it
