Support for Modern Cryptographic Algorithms in Workers

Cloudflare Workers adds opt-in Web Crypto support for post-quantum ML-KEM and ML-DSA algorithms behind a compatibility flag.
Cloudflare Workers now supports post-quantum algorithms in Web Crypto, based on the Modern Algorithms in the Web Cryptography API draft.
Supported are ML-KEM-768 and ML-KEM-1024 for key encapsulation and ML-DSA-44, ML-DSA-65 and ML-DSA-87 for signatures, plus related encapsulate/decapsulate methods and JWK import/export.
The support sits behind the webcrypto_modern_algorithms compatibility flag while the spec evolves, and Cloudflare positions it as building blocks for experimentation rather than a full migration path.
