Commvault announced new data security and threat hunting capabilities for Microsoft 365, led by Commvault Data Posture 360, which maps sensitive data such as PII and intellectual property across Microsoft 365 and surfaces exposure risks.
Commvault Threat Scan hunts for malware, ransomware, encryption activity and other indicators of compromise in protected Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams data.
The capabilities help identify trusted recovery points and reduce reinfection risk during restores.
