UiPath's Michael Atalla on AI Slop, Junior Jobs and a Shaolin Monk's Advice

The Next Web, Tuesday, October 13th, 2026

UiPath's CMO explains how his paid media lead built an AI agent that replaced outsourced ad data work, and why AI pilots stall.

On the TNW Podcast, UiPath CMO Michael Atalla describes how the head of paid media built an agent on UiPath's platform that collects global ad data, analyzes it and makes low-cost spending adjustments around the clock, replacing costly outside firms.

He stresses that the person running the process built it without specialists.

He highlights two FUSION launches: Process Atlas, a library of prebuilt process solutions for regulated industries, and Cartographer, which interviews staff and reads documents to map how processes really run.

He also discusses why AI pilots stall, the risk of AI slop and the future of junior roles.
