SAP expands its Stay Certified program with AI-powered roleplays based on real-world customer scenarios.
SAP says that starting in October it is expanding the Stay Certified experience with new ways for certified professionals to show current knowledge, including AI-powered roleplays grounded in real-world customer scenarios.
The company notes that cloud release cycles and AI have accelerated the pace of change, making it harder for consultants, developers, architects, project managers and presales professionals to stay current.
The new format tests not only what has changed but how professionals apply those changes in customer situations.
