AI Adoption Has a Talent Problem: Here's How to Solve It

TechRadar, Friday, October 16th, 2026

Fiverr CTO Yossi Levin writes that AI tools are moving faster than the governance, workflows, training and skills around them, so the skills gap is now about human capability rather than access, and Fiverr has seen searches for AI automation rise 29% since November 2025.

He points to new roles such as AI directors, who combine creative judgment with technical fluency.

He urges businesses to rethink workforce models around AI-native talent rather than treating AI as a software rollout.
