Gartner HR Symposium: How Organizations Build AI-Ready Teams to Optimize Value Creation

Gartner says few firms are redesigning agile and optimized teams for AI-infused work, despite rising friction and decision drag.

Gartner analyst Cian O Morain told the HR Symposium in London that agile teams, such as developers and product managers, and optimized teams, such as shared services and customer support, are most affected by AI.

Some firms, including CBRE, are moving to smaller 'tiny teams.'

CBRE found task productivity gains were not turning into overall gains because of rigid sprint and approval processes.
